Media Product Director, Code Worldwide

April 2019 - Present

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with client side Global Strategy and Product Directors to identify product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Defining the vision for the product and collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure that the financial and consumer satisfaction goals are met.

  • Ensuring that project scope, goals, and deliverables are consistent with company strategy and commitments.

  • Creating and managing annual budget plans and revenue forecasts, ensuring that financial business targets are met.


Achievements:

  • Improved the budget forecasting and reporting process for my department.

  • Successful roll-out of two new enterprise systems widely used by the OMG agencies network.

  • Managing $2M+ annual budget.

Product Manager, Code Worldwide

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with client stakeholders to identify projects and product roadmaps.

  • Creating Design and Requirements documents to capture detailed user stories for upcoming product iterations.

  • Providing testing services to one of the largest Risk and Finance projects in Credit Suisse Group.

Reduced the post-release critical issues to minimum through improving quality and reliability of the product.

  • Defined, documented and implemented effective change management process for the customer-originated issues. Improved collaboration with the Operations team, optimised time of the response and transparency of development investigation.
